I’m building a program with clear standards. I want coaches who carry themselves with composure, professionalism, and a competitive edge. If you’re a current athlete, a college student, or someone with a strong playing background in baseball or softball, you understand the pace and expectations of today’s game. That’s the level I want represented here.
Coaches in this league stay calm, communicate clearly, and lead with presence. No yelling. No sideline theatrics. No ego. If someone needs volume to get control, this isn’t the place for them.
To keep the parent role and the coaching role clearly delineated, coaches in this program cannot be parents of players in the league. It keeps everything simple, clean, and focused.
If you know the game and can uphold a standard without losing your composure, this is where you fit.
