9U Niners- 1 Team 12 Players

 The 96 Niners are being built now as the Fall 2026 flagship 9U team. I built this league around the pillars that shape a player’s path and define how they grow: hustle, discipline, respect, grit and steady effort. Travel experience does not matter. Rec experience does not matter. What matters is meeting the minimum standards below so these pillars can take hold and push a player forward. There is no cost to participate. Funding is covered through corporate sponsorship and my own contribution. The cost is meeting the standards and living the pillars. 

• Wants to play shows clear desire to be on the field without being pushed
• Not afraid of the ball does not step out, flinch or bail from routine contact
• Can throw 50 feet delivers a controlled throw that reaches the distance without spraying it
• Basic athletic ability moves with balance, coordination and stability
• Hustles every rep runs every transition, finishes every drill, no walking
• Respectful and coachable listens the first time, stays steady, respects coaches, teammates and parents
